In May 2023 Craftmaster's installed a new roof on our house. About 3 weeks ago we found a leak, called Craftmaster's and they sent a repair crew to fix the leak. Afterwords we received a phone text message saying to leak was not a result of something they did and would not be interested in further actions. We still had leaks and since Craftmaster's wouldn't repair we sought Brandon with Frontline. Brandon was courteous, accurate and timely. Came when he said he would and found the leaks. We've had rain since the repairs and so far no problems. I'd recommend Brandon and Frontline
These guys did an excellent job restoring my old tobacco barn. I had a deadline with insurance on my roof being replaced and they finished before the deadline. I showed the foreman what I wanted done and he made it happen. A top notch quality job, this barn will now outlast me! This was my first roof replacement. After researching different companies, reading their reviews, and talking with people I knew. I gave them a call based on a friend's recommendation, they had good reviews and were local. I need to add that in the past Ive been taken advantage of by other companies with interior remodeling jobs so my "Trust Meter" was 0. When Brandon Morris and his partner came to inspect my roof..I was leery at first...then quickly at ease as they were friendly, down to earth, soft spoken and I did not feel talked at or talked down to. Upon realizing they also replace gutter and decks, I opted in for an estimate on all three. They explained the process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I received my estimate a few days later with each job listed separately in case I didnt want to do all 3 at the same time. I was pleasantly surprised and thought the quote was very reasonable. We set a start date. I was kept informed of days, times and material deliveries. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They are a great group of people that work very well together. I will use them again. They offer many other services, and I highly recommend others to check them out.
I needed a small repair done to my roof and I wanted to find someone local in Shelby County. I read through some of Frontline’s other reviews and decided to reach out. I was contacted the very next morning and Brandon came out the day after that to give a quote. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable about roofing and even spotted a couple other issues that we added to the repairs. I was scheduled and the repairs were finished just a few short days later. We built our store back in 1997 and over the years we have been fighting leaks from our roof. Before Frontline we had some other companies come in and do some work for us with very little improvement. The leaks got to a point that we had to set out buckets to catch it. We called Brandon at Frontline and he came to our rescue and DID AN AMAZING JOB. He took the time to do thorough work and we have been bone dry every since! We highly recommend Frontline for your commercial roof repair or replacements.
Having been away off and on, we hadn't noticed the leak in our older house, from the porch area. While we were there, there was a heavy rain, and I noticed water was literally pouring through the wall of the foyer into the basement. I called Frontline the next morning, and within a couple of hours Dennis was there to inspect the situation. By the end of the afternoon, the repairs were completed and no more leaking. Their team did a great job, and the price was less than I had anticipated, even less than the initial estimate. These local tradesmen are top of the line, and I recommend them to everyone.

We had two leaks in our roof and Brandon was quick to respond to my inquiry, came out that same day to take a look (in the rain), and the repairs were completed within a week. We recently had a leak in our roof and we could not be more pleased with the expertise and care Brandon showed from the onset of our problem to the completion of our repairs. He came out the same day we called and gave us a very thorough explanation of the issues he found in our roof, chimney and sky lights. He explained why we had the leak, how other parts of our roof were impacted and how he would repair everything with high quality products that would give us extended use from our roof. He communicated very well throughout the process, and his team was skilled and thorough and they have a system where they not only complete the work quickly but have a different person come out to ensure it was done to their high standards and fix any additional issues they see. We will definitely consider Brandon for future roofing needs and recommend his service to others.

I had a wonderful experience working with Brandon. He is easy to communicate with, honest and considerate. Long story we short, a nail had worked itself loose causing a leak in my roof. His advice was to keep things simple and do a basic(almost no cost) repair. Even better, he does many home services and I am getting a bid from him to do some additional work on my house.
Frontline Roofing tuck-pointed our chimney from the roof up and re-poured the concrete cap that was seemingly gone from years of wear. We obtained multiple quotes and Frontline was the most reasonably priced for the quality of their work, reputation, and services. I can’t recommend Brandon Morris at Frontline Roofing & Home Services enough. During Derby Week—our busiest Airbnb season—we discovered a major roof leak in our Shelbyville, KY property. Brandon was the only one of 10 roofers who called me back that same day and even offered to come out over the weekend. He quickly stopped the leak, worked around a demanding guest schedule, and stayed in constant communication during one of the rainiest seasons in recent memory. He even texted weather updates so I could plan around bookings. From the start, he explained the issue clearly—only 3 roof sections needed repair—and never pushed a full replacement. In the end, I chose to upgrade to a metal roof for long-term peace of mind, and Brandon made that process seamless. He’s honest, responsive, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. We needed a metal roof replaced. Brandon promptly came to our house to evaluate the situation and gave us a detailed written estimate. We had a metal roof installed-Alex and everyone on his team was wonderful to work with. I could not have asked for a better experience. They literally worked from sun up to sundown and days later to make sure the job was done correctly and in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to make sure our roof was protected during a rain storm. Their professionalism, workmanship, detail orientation with open communication regarding the job details was the best we have ever been part of. They cleaned the job site afterwards and during the project therefore when the roof was completed there was no evidence they were ever there. I had a couple of boots replaced around pipes on my roof at different times by different roofing companies who said my roof should be replaced immediately. Then I started noticing that the shingles were curling so I had a lot of anxiety about being able to afford a new roof.😩 My neighbor suggested I contact Brandon at Frontline Roofing in Shelbyville for his opinion. Am I glad I did! He said the shingles curling were nail pops that he could take care of by replacing the nails with screws and also put sealant where needed in what he called a roof tune-up. He also said I had a few more years before he’d suggest replacing it. 😊 I also had him replace the sealant around the front gable vent and repaint that. I came home from work and what a relief… I immediately saw that the shingles were nice and smooth. The gable vent (way too high for me to get to) was painted and caulked. There was no mess, no way of telling anyone had been here. I am so glad they were recommended to me for the roof but I also learned that they also do plumbing and electrical. I’ll give them 10 stars! and will keep their number handy for anything that comes up in the future…

Frontline Roofing & Home Services removed a couple of roof vent turbines that were making noise and covered those areas with new shingles, then they added better quality cap vents to improve the attic ventilation. The work looks great and matches current shingles perfectly. They gave me a price of adding gutter guards also, after I saw the low quote, I couldn’t pass up the chance to get them installed. The quality of work is top notch. Dennis and everyone else I dealt with is very nice and they answered any questions I had. Great group of people and I will definitely use them again if I have other projects I need done.

Great to see a local company doing great work and good communicators. Frontline came out the same day to look at our aging gutters (in the rain) and was able to install all new gutters within a couple week. Looking forward to the next opportunity to use them on our future house repairs.
I had Brandon, Travis and crew install fascia, soffit and gutters on a house that we just purchased that was badly in need of repair. They showed up when they said they would, gave us a fair price and completed the job perfectly. I was so impressed that I asked them to come back to remove many stumps and root balls around the house. They brought out an excavator and pulled them up and leveled everything back up nicely. I just found out that they do just about anything so I told Brandon I was going to have him on speed dial! Very pleased with their work, friendliness, prices and the way they clean up afterward. I highly recommend them.
